Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Nursio account and all associated data.
What is removed
- Your user profile (name, email, password)
- Your Quick Notes and SOAP templates
- Your simulation responses and scores
- Your MindGuard wellness assessments
- Your referral data
- Your active subscription entitlement
Timeline
We confirm your request within 24–48 hours and complete the full deletion within 30 days.
Legal exceptions
Certain records related to purchases (invoices, tax reports) are retained for the period required by Canadian tax law, even after your account is deleted. These records are not linked to your profile.
Prefer to do it yourself?
If you still have Nursio installed, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This path performs the deletion immediately.
